Fog, not thick as pea soup, more like gravy… it was amazing and closed down the airport.

Anyway, while watering this morning, I was under the purple canopy and it was stunning. I decided November is my favourite month.. Lots of native birds have adapted to eating the Jacaranda nectar which is good in a way otherwise the poor things would starve. No one plants many native plants around and it should be encouraged more, I think.

A snail slimming it’s way up the wooden post. I thought it might make an semi-interesting shot… and capturing the hose in the light on action setting….

And my white rose was quite pretty with water droplets on it…

In 1978 my uncle had a mishap with a cargo ship and the crayboat, Edward Joseph was sunk…  later came another new crayboat they named "Beagles" after some islands close by.

This was the layout of the camp, minus the generator and horse stable and correl because I don't know where that was but I have a picture of it with granddad and one of his horses... near the workshop somewhere...

this is the only known picture of my grandmother in front of the mainshack in front of the highest point of the cliff which is due south... this is a 1970s picture but no one knows what year...

and this was in the 1990s when basically the place was pulled apart and someone else has taken hold of the squat...

everything is nearly gone ...

the spot in 2012 and no evidence there was ever anyone there other than my old pictures ...
